K1 is the unit of scale — a single site where biomass, water, soil and people work as one production system. H1 is what turns that system's output into product ready for market.

K1 — Carbon Buildup

Every K1 hub starts with carbon: thornbush cleared and pyrolyzed into biochar, biochar charged with microbiome, soil rebuilt hectare by hectare. As the soil turns fertile, the orchards, ponds and fields around the processing plant fill in — and so does the settlement beside it.

Housing, water tower and windmill sit at the center, not the edge — K1 is designed as a place people build a life around, not a remote industrial site that happens to employ them.

H1 — Processing

People are fed. Communities take root.

H1 is where the hub's output becomes product: fish from the aquaponics ponds processed and packed on-site, biochar bagged for agricultural and industrial buyers.

Processing close to the source means less spoilage, fewer logistics losses, and jobs that sit inside the community the hub feeds — not several hundred kilometers away.

Scaling

From one hub to a regional network.

Each new hub inherits the last one's infrastructure, microbiome stock and operating knowledge — scaling gets cheaper, not harder.
